Event updates, a TEMPEST giveaway, and more!

First things first, please enjoy this photo from my NYC trip last month. I got to visit my publishing team over at HarperCollins and we had some fun shooting content for TEMPEST. There will be a wig video incoming.

I’m flying to Boston on Tuesday for a bookseller event (closed to the public) before heading to New York for: BOOKCON! By now you’re probably sick of hearing about it but I’m posting my schedule here just in case. All my signing reservations are sold out but there will be standby lines I will do my best to accommodate! My Romantasy Panel is also sold-out but the LIVE PODCAST WITH SOMAN CHAINANI is not ticketed! Feel free to join us Saturday night. And if you see me on the floor, don’t be afraid to say hello!!

After BookCon, I get back to LA just in time for two Los Angeles events! YALLWest is April 25th (including panels & signings) in Santa Monica and I have a signing May 3rd with Boutique Book Fair in Hawthorne!

And before events slow down for the summer, I’m joining the amazing Rachel Gillig to celebrate THE KNIGHT AND THE MOTH at the Ripped Bodice in Culver City, CA on May 22nd. The event is sold out but there is a waitlist, with more info here.

Besides events and giveaways, I am also officially OUT of the editing cave…for now. I turned in the second draft of TEMPEST 2 a few days ago and I feel free!! Until the next draft. For now, I’m focusing on my ignored laundry, event prepping, and signing tip-ins for the signed deluxe editions of TEMPEST!

The Barnes & Noble deluxe SIGNED edition is currently showing as out of stock, but I’m getting more information soon. It’s possible they sold out but double check with your local indies to see if you can preorder signed editions through them! For now, the deluxe edition of TEMPEST is still available (with sprayed edges and full color MAPS) WHILE SUPPLIES LAST. You can preorder through your favorite retailers here!

Looking forward to: besides some excellent book events, I am heading to Italy and Greece at the end of May for a family wedding, and I’m panic-buying outfits in preparation. And I’m going back to Scotland in August, for a much needed research trip/relaxing visit to the Outer Hebrides!

And of course, I’m eagerly awaiting the release of TEMPEST on September 8th. But I can’t quite wrap my brain around it yet, which is probably a good thing.
